Return & Exchange Policy

All sales on digital courses and spiritual readings are final. Due to the nature of these services, no refunds or returns will be accepted once the purchase is complete.

For physical products, we only offer exchanges on defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will be happy to exchange it for the same item.
